How We Work

Established in the San Francisco Bay Area, Landscape Locators has helped thousands of families with their landscaping needs. We currently have landscape consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Jose, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego markets.

Landscape Locators is a free service that helps homeowners find the right landscape or pool contractor for their project. We will come out to your home to discuss your outdoor project, look at photographs to develop ideas and discuss different material and layout options and their associated costs.

Basically, we ask all of the right questions to ensure that we can find you the right company at the right price.

Based on the plan we develop together, we provide you with a conceptual drawing to help better visualize the finished product. For projects that are extremely complex, we will refer you to one of our many qualified landscape designers or architects. Regardless of who does the drawing, we will then bid your project out to our network of contractors.

Each of these contractors has been personally selected by Landscape Locators, is fully licensed, bonded and insured and maintains the highest levels of excellence in both workmanship and customer service.

We will collect the bids and present them to you in a side-by-side comparison with every aspect of the project broken out line item by line item. We also provide the companies’ availability, estimated completion date, as well as pictures of their work and references.

The choice is now yours!

Based on your choice, we will set a meeting with the owner of the company you selected to come out to your home. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense of confidence in the company you have selected. Assuming that you feel comfortable after meeting the owner, you have now got yourself a contractor!!!

Because of all of the time, effort and expense we save the contractor in finding a new client, they are willing to pay us a referral fee. Thus, our service is 100% free to you!
